1. General Rules

2. Account & Verification

3. Deposits and Withdrawals
- Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are set by each partner platform (usually ₹100–₹300).
- All withdrawals are processed only to the same payment method used for deposit where possible.
- Withdrawals may take 5–60 minutes (UPI/crypto) or up to 48 hours (bank transfer).
- We reserve the right to charge reasonable processing fees if stated on the partner site.
4. Bonuses and Promotions
- All bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements and expiry dates.
- Bonus abuse (including bonus hunting or prohibited strategies) will result in bonus cancellation and possible account closure.
- Maximum bet limits may apply while playing with bonus funds.
5. Gameplay & Provably Fair
- Vortex Game operates on a provably fair system using SHA-256 hashing.
- Results are generated before the round starts and cannot be altered.
- Any attempt to manipulate the game (bots, scripts, VPN abuse, etc.) will lead to permanent account suspension.
6. Responsible Gaming
- You agree to use the responsible gaming tools provided (deposit limits, self-exclusion, etc.).
- We may limit or close accounts showing signs of problem gambling.
7. Account Closure and Termination
- You may close your account at any time via the Responsible Gaming section.
- We reserve the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice for violation of these Terms.
8. Limitation of Liability
- Vortex Game is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
- We are not liable for any losses resulting from gameplay, technical issues, or your decisions.
9. Changes to Terms
- We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
10. Governing Law
- These Terms are governed by the laws of Curaçao (or the licensing jurisdiction of the partner platform you are using).
